Tyson était un jeune énergique, joyeux et sociable... Tyson a 11 ans. Aujourd'hui, après 7 ans au refuge, Tyson devient juste l'ombre de lui-même, si joyeux qu'il était autrefois. À partir du 15.11.2025, Tyson est presque incapable de marcher. En octobre 2025, il a commencé à avoir des difficultés avec ses pattes arrière, ne se levant plus avec la motivation qu'il avait avant pour son unique promenade hebdomadaire, car il vit dans la partie arrière du refuge, où les chiens n'ont qu'une seule promenade par semaine. Les hanches et les pattes arrière ont commencé à être un peu fatiguées, il les traîne un peu. Lorsque nous avons visité le vétérinaire spécialisé, Tyson a été diagnostiqué avec une discopathie et une dysplasie de la hanche, ce qui n'est pas nécessairement un gros problème en soi. Mais maintenant, avec le temps humide et 7 ans sur des sols en ciment, manque d'exercice, manque de confort - Tyson ne peut presque plus se lever, et son médicament contre la douleur est déjà au niveau le plus élevé autorisé. Pour Tyson, nous recherchons urgentement un placement d'urgence pour sa récupération, avec une personne qui aura le temps et la patience pour le sortir pour de petites promenades courtes pour faire ses besoins, soulager sa douleur osseuse avec un sac de chaleur, lui donner ses médicaments, lui faire des massages doux et le laisser reposer et se rétablir pendant que nous consultons les spécialistes. Tyson est un charmant garçon, il est gentil et doux avec les humains, et il ne cause aucun problème du tout. Il cherche un foyer/une famille d'accueil sans autres animaux, surtout maintenant qu'il souffre autant, afin qu'il puisse se rétablir en paix et ressentir encore le sentiment d'un foyer aimant, un souvenir d'une vie qu'il aurait pu avoir, toutes ces 7 années qu'il a passées au refuge. Ainsi, une fois qu'il traversera le pont arc-en-ciel, il saura qu'il a été aimé et pris soin. Peut-être qu'un foyer à la fin aidera avec la tristesse des 7 années solitaires.

Tyson used to be an energetic, cheerful, and sociable boy.... Tyson is 11 years old. Now, after 7 years in the shelter, Tyson is becoming just a shadow of his former fun-loving self. As of 15.11.2025 Tyson is almost unable to walk. In October 2025, he started getting bad on his back legs, not getting up with the motivation that he used to get up when it was finally time for his one weekly walk, as he lives in the back area of the shelter, where the dogs have only 1 walk a week. The hips and back legs started to be a bit tired, he has been dragging them around a bit. Once we visited the traumatologist, Tyson was diagnosed with discendopolosis and hip dysplasia, which in itself do not have to be such a big deal. But now, with the damp weather and 7 years on cement floors, lack of movement, lack of comfort - Tyson can barely get up any more, and his medication for pain is already on the highest level allowed. For Tyson we are urgently looking for an emergency recovery foster, with a human who will have the time and patience to take him on short mini walks for pee & poo, relieve his bone pain with warm bottle therapy, give him his medications, gentle massages and allow him to rest and recover while we consult with traumatologists. Tyson is a lovely boy, he is kind and gentle with humans, and he makes no trouble at all. He is looking for a home/foster without other animals, especially now that he is in such pain, so he could recover in peace and have still a feeling of a loving home, a memory of a life he could have had, all these 7 years he spent in the shelter. So once he crosses the rainbow bridge, he would know that he was loved and cared for. Maybe a home in the end will help with the sorrow of 7 lonely years.
