Umbro recherche un foyer patient et aimant qui l'aidera à s'épanouir en le chien confiant qu'il a le potentiel de devenir. Umbro est un Collie de 4 ans, séduisant, doté d'une âme douce. Pendant les promenades, Umbro adore prendre le temps d'observer le monde autour de lui, profiter pleinement des reniflements et des explorations à son propre rythme, bien qu'il ne soit pas très motivé par les jouets et les friandises pour l'instant. Umbro peut être un peu anxieux dans les nouvelles situations, il cherche donc une famille calme et compréhensive qui lui accordera le temps et la patience nécessaires pour développer sa confiance. Une fois qu'il vous fait confiance, sa nature affectueuse se révèle pleinement. Étant donné qu'il peut être inquiet lors du manipulage et du toilettage, il devra porter un collier de sécurité pendant les séances de toilettage et bénéficier d'un soutien doux et positif pour qu'il se sente plus à l'aise. En raison de sa sensibilité au manipulage, Umbro serait mieux adapté à un foyer avec des enfants âgés de 12 ans ou plus. Pour l'instant, Umbro préférerait être le seul chien du foyer, car il peut ressentir de l'anxiété en présence d'autres chiens, bien qu'il bénéficierait d'une socialisation supplémentaire pour renforcer sa confiance. En tant que Collie, Umbro est un garçon actif et intelligent qui aura besoin de beaucoup d'exercice et d'aventures une fois installé dans son nouveau foyer. Umbro is searching for a patient and loving home that will help him blossom into the confident dog he has the potential to become. Umbro is a handsome 4 year old Collie with a gentle soul. On walks, Umbro loves taking in the world around him, enjoying plenty of sniffing and exploring at his own pace, although he isn’t very motivated by toys and treats at the moment. Umbro can be a little nervous in new situations, so he’s looking for a calm and understanding family who will give him the time and patience he needs to build confidence. Once he trusts you, his affectionate nature really shines through. As he can be worried around handling and grooming, he will need to wear a muzzle for grooming sessions and would benefit from gentle, positive support to help him feel more comfortable. Because of his sensitivity around handling, Umbro would be best suited to a home with children aged 12 and over. At the moment, Umbro would prefer to be the only dog in the home, as he can feel anxious around other dogs, though he would benefit from further socialisation to help grow his confidence. As a Collie, Umbro is an active and intelligent boy who will need plenty of exercise and adventures once he has settled into his new home. A secure garden of his own would be a wonderful bonus, giving him a safe space to relax and explore!
