Reet egy boldog lány, aki tőlünk egy tenyésztőtől érkezett, és most kezdi mutatni igazi, ragyogó személyiségét, ahogy beilleszkedik. Reet továbbra is hasznos lenne egy nyugodt és csendes otthoni környezet, ahol egy barátságos és magabiztos házi kutya segíthet irányítani őt, ahogy tovább fejleszti a bizalmát. Mivel még soha nem élt otthon, szüksége lesz türelmes és megértő fogadóra, aki támogatja őt a kutyaházba való bevezetésben, a kutyaszorongó sétálásban otthoni környezetben, valamint a házimunkákban. Még nem érzi teljesen kényelmesnek a kezelést, és néha még bizonytalan lehet, de napi javulásának látványával, idővel, türelemmel és rengeteg pozitív tapasztalattal tovább fog virágzani. Reet has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. When she first arrived she was a little worried and quite overwhelmed, but soon started to settle in. Although wary at first, it was clear there was a sweet and curious little Beagle waiting to emerge. During her time at the rescue, Reet gradually began to grow in confidence and show more of her true personality. She proved to be a bright, inquisitive girl with a larger-than-life personality and a real enthusiasm for life. She enjoyed meeting other dogs, exploring new areas, and learning about the world around her. With encouragement (and the promise of a tasty treat!), she even tackled challenges she was initially unsure of. Her confidence on the lead also improved greatly, and she soon began to enjoy her walks and adventures around the rescue. Reet has now moved into a foster home, where she continues to make lovely progress. She has settled in well and is showing herself to be a busy, active little dog who loves to investigate everything around her. One thing that has remained consistent throughout her journey is her love of food, and she is more than happy to accept treats from anyone willing to share them! Toilet training is going very well, and she has been enjoying regular walks outside too. The main area where Reet still needs support is learning to trust human touch. While she is becoming increasingly confident in many aspects of daily life, being handled still worries her and she will often move away from hands. She has only recently arrived in foster and is being allowed to settle at her own pace, with plenty of patience and understanding, but the next step is to introduce her to more bonding activities and getting her more used to being handled. Reet will be looking for a calm and understanding home with patient adopters who are prepared to continue building her confidence and helping her discover how wonderful her new life can be. She will need another kind and confident resident dog in her new home to reassure her and take her under their wing. Helping a dog like Reet is what makes fostering (and adopting!) so rewarding.
