Conosci Caramello, un bel giovane Podenco con colorazione cioccolato e fango morbido e un cuore ancora più dolce. Salvato da un'area industriale dove aveva vissuto da solo. Quando è arrivato per la prima volta nel nostro rifugio partner, Caramello aveva circa un anno e era totalmente sopraffatto dal suo nuovo ambiente. Per un periodo si è chiuso completamente e aveva troppa paura per lasciare la sua gabbia. Con pazienza e incoraggiamento dolce, Caramello ha iniziato a sbocciare. Ora gode di esplorare al proprio ritmo e prende grande conforto dai cani calmi e amichevoli intorno a lui. Adora la compagnia canina e si sviluppa quando ha un altro cane da seguire e imparare. Caramello fiorirà in una casa tranquilla e paziente con persone che capiscono che la fiducia richiede tempo. Un cane residente sicuro sarebbe un grande beneficio per lui, aiutandolo a continuare il suo percorso dal giovane spaventato al compagno sicuro e amoroso. Un ambiente più tranquillo con un giardino aiuterebbe anche lui a adattarsi alla vita in casa. Questo bell'uomo ha superato così tanto già. Ora è pronto per una casa dove può continuare a crescere, al proprio ritmo. Guardare e aiutare un podenco nervoso a guadagnare fiducia può essere un'esperienza molto gratificante, e Caramello è esattamente quel tipo di anima: dolce, sensibile e pieno di potenziale. Meet Caramello, a beautiful young Podenco with soft chocolate and fawn colouring and an even softer heart. Rescued from an industrial estate where he had been surviving alone. When he first arrived at our partner shelter, Caramello was around a year old and utterly overwelmed by his new surroundings. For a time he shut down completely and was too frightened to leave his kennel. With patience and gentle encouragement Caramello has begun to blossom. He now enjoys exploring at his own pace and takes great comfort from calm, friendly dogs around him, He adores canine companionship and thrives when he has another dog to follow and learn from. Caramello will flourish in a calm, patient home wiht people who understand that trust takes time. A confident resident dog would be a huge benefit to him, helping him continue his journey from frightened youngster to secure, loving companion. A quieter environment with a garden would also help him to settle into home life. This lovely boy has overcome so much already. Now he’s ready for a home where he can continue to grow, at his own pace. Watching and helping a nervous podenco grow in confidence can be such a rewarding experience, and Caramello is exactly that kind of soul - gentle, sensitive and full of potential.
