Dexter è stato trovato legato al recinto del rifugio l'anno scorso. Ha circa 2 anni e si è dimostrato un ragazzo dolce e amichevole che ama l'attività e è più felice quando esplora il mondo. Sarebbe adatto a una casa attiva dove può stare con qualcuno che ama fare lunghe passeggiate invece di brevi giri. Amichevole e vivace, può facilmente essere adottato insieme ad un altro cane o ad altri cani. Dexter è un po' un esperto di fuga per via della sua natura curiosa e intelligente, quindi avrà bisogno di una casa con recinzione sicura! Non perché sia indisciplinato ma perché deve ancora imparare alcuni limiti su dove e quando può esplorare. Beneficierebbe di un po' di addestramento positivo per capire cosa si aspetta da lui e per ottenere il meglio da questo cane molto intelligente. In una casa adatta - attiva, sicura e con un proprietario disposto a guidarlo, sarà un meraviglioso compagno che darà tante ore di divertimento... è castrato, microchippato e vaccinato, pesa circa 17 kg e misura 43 cm alle spalle. Dexter was found tied to the shelter fence last year. He is around 2 years of age and has proved to be a sweet natured and friendly boy who thrives on activity and is happiest when he is out exploring the world. He would suit an active home where he can be with someone who likes to be out and about on long walks rather than short strolls. Friendly and playful he can easily be homed with another dog or dogs. Dexter is a bit of an escapologist due to his enquiring and clever nature so he will need a home with secure fencing! Not because he is naughty but because he still needs to learn some boundaries of where and when he can go exploring. He would benefit from some positive training so that he can understand what is expected of him and to get the best out of this highly intelligent dog. In the right home – active, secure and with an owner willing to guide him he will be a wonderful companion who will give many hours of fun… he is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated, weighing around 17kgs and measuring 43cm to the shoulder.
