Peter lo abbiamo avvistato per la prima volta su una strada trafficata insieme a sua sorella, intorno a Natale del 2023. Quando li vedevamo gli davamo da mangiare, anche se in quel periodo non avremmo dovuto accogliere cani. Lui e la sorella stavano sempre insieme, e li incontravamo in tratti diversi della strada ogni volta che andavamo a sfamarli. Un giorno riuscimmo a trovare solo Peter, ed era evidente che se la stava cavando con difficoltà da solo; nonostante gli dessimo da mangiare ogni volta che lo vedevamo, stava perdendo peso. Diane non riusciva a lasciarlo andare, temendo che potesse sparire come la sorella, così lo ha portato con sé nella casa di famiglia, dove ora vive.

We first spotted Peter on a busy road with his sister around Christmas of 2023. We fed them when we saw them as we still weren't supposed to be taking in dogs. Him and his sister were always together and we would see them on different sections of the road when we went to feed them. One day we could only find Peter and it was obvious he was struggling on his own and despite us feeding him when we saw him, he was losing weight. Diane couldn't leave him fearing he would go missing like his sister so took him back to the family home where he now stays.
