Casa cercata: Essendo un Collie x Poodle, Tom è molto intelligente e molto attivo e cercherà una casa che gli fornisca stimolazione mentale e fisica. Cercano adottatori gentili e pazienti, poiché avrà bisogno di supporto comportamentale. È addestrato a non urinare dentro, ok per viaggiare e va bene lasciato solo. Vorrebbe avere il proprio giardino sicuro per giocare e scherzare. Comportamento verso persone/bambini: Tom è amichevole con le persone. Potrebbe convivere con bambini di 10 anni o più, ma potrebbe considerare un po' più giovani se abituati a cani grandi e vivaci e alla casa esperta. Altri animali: Tom è socievole con altri cani e potrebbe vivere con un cane adatto. Amerebbe fare passeggiate con amici canini regolari. Alto istinto predatorio, quindi non adatto a vivere con gatti, piccole volpi o bestiame, poiché li inseguirebbe. Bisogni aggiuntivi (comportamentali/supporto extra): Miscuglio di razza ad alta energia e attiva, gli adottatori devono fare ricerche e assicurarsi di poter soddisfare requisiti di addestramento e comportamento. Introduction: Willow is a sweet, timid girl who is looking for a quiet home. She requires emotional support and behaviour management around other dogs. Home wanted: Willow will need a home understanding of the emotional support she requires to help her build confidence. She will need help with house training. Willow will need a quiet home and with her own secure garden. Behaviour towards people/children: Willow is worried by people she doesn’t know, particularly men and cannot live with children. May consider older teenagers if calm and a quiet household. With people she trusts she is incredibly affectionate, bouncy and playful. Other animals: Although Willow has previously lived with a male dog, she may be suited to being an only dog. Has previously lived with a cat. Additional needs (behavioural/extra support): Willow is a busy, high-energy dog and will need a home able to provide for her physical and mental enrichment needs. Potential adopters will need to be able to visit the centre on several occasions to allow willow to feel comfortable around them. A commitment to continuing behavioural support long term is required.
