Introduction: Willow is a sweet, sensitive little collie weighing just 13kg, with a playful and affectionate side waiting to shine. She can be shy at first, but once she trusts you, she is a bouncy, loving girl with plenty of personality. Willow has been waiting over two months for her special home and would love someone to give her a chance. Home wanted: Willow needs a quiet, patient home where she can build her confidence at her own pace. A secure garden and an understanding family who can offer reassurance, exercise and plenty of mental stimulation are essential. Behaviour towards people/children: Willow is nervous around unfamiliar people, particularly men, but responds well to a calm, gentle approach. With people she trusts, she is affectionate and playful. She cannot live with children, although calm older teenagers may be considered. Other animals: Willow has previously lived with a male dog but may prefer to be the only dog. She has lived with a cat before and has successfully passed her cat test. Additional needs: Willow is an energetic, intelligent girl who needs plenty of physical exercise and mental enrichment, alongside time and patience to help her confidence grow.
