Whiskey è stato rimosso dalla sua famiglia dalla polizia e è arrivato al rifugio con paura e insicurezza. Grazie a mesi di lavoro paziente e dedicato con il nostro addestratore canino, la sua paura e l'ansia sono quasi scomparsi del tutto, e oggi è un cane molto diverso. Whiskey ora si intende bene con altri cani e le persone e è anche molto bravo con i bambini. Ha bisogno di un po' di tempo per conoscere nuove persone, ma una volta che impara a fidarsi di te, la sua natura dolce e gentile splende veramente. Avrebbe bisogno di uno spazio esterno, non necessariamente grande, ma semplicemente un posto tranquillo dove può sedersi fuori e rilassarsi. Whiskey cerca una persona calma e comprensiva che abbia tempo per lui e sia disposta a continuare il percorso di guarigione che è già iniziato nel rifugio, rassicurandolo che è al sicuro e non sarà mai più maltrattato. Whiskey è arrivato così lontano e, con la casa giusta, diventerà un compagno profondamente fedele e affettuoso.

Whiskey was removed from his family by the police and arrived at the shelter fearful and insecure. Thanks to months of patient, dedicated work with our dog trainer, his fear and anxiety have almost completely disappeared , and today, he is a very different dog. Whiskey now gets along well with other dogs and people and is also very good with children. He does need a little time to get to know new people, but once he learns to trust you, his loving and gentle nature truly shines through. He would benefit from having an outdoor space, not necessarily a large one, just somewhere quiet where he can sit outside and relax. Whiskey is looking for a calm, understanding person who has time for him and is willing to continue the healing journey that has already begun at the refuge, reassuring him that he is safe and will never be abused again. Whiskey has come so far and, with the right home, will make a deeply loyal and affectionate companion.
