Whiskey fue retirado de su familia por la policía y llegó al refugio con miedo y con insectos. Gracias a meses de trabajo paciente y dedicado con nuestro entrenador de perros, su miedo y ansiedad casi han desaparecido por completo, y hoy es un perro muy diferente. Whiskey ahora se lleva bien con otros perros y personas y también es muy bueno con los niños. Necesita un poco de tiempo para conocer a nuevas personas, pero una vez que aprende a confiar en ti, su naturaleza cariñosa y dulce realmente brilla. Le beneficiaría tener un espacio al aire libre, no necesariamente grande, solo un lugar tranquilo donde pueda sentarse afuera y relajarse. Whiskey busca una persona tranquila y comprensiva que tenga tiempo para él y esté dispuesta a continuar el viaje de curación que ya ha comenzado en el refugio, recordándole que está a salvo y nunca será maltratado nuevamente. Whiskey ha venido muy lejos y, con el hogar adecuado, hará una compañía leal y afectuosa profunda.

Whiskey was removed from his family by the police and arrived at the shelter fearful and insecure. Thanks to months of patient, dedicated work with our dog trainer, his fear and anxiety have almost completely disappeared , and today, he is a very different dog. Whiskey now gets along well with other dogs and people and is also very good with children. He does need a little time to get to know new people, but once he learns to trust you, his loving and gentle nature truly shines through. He would benefit from having an outdoor space, not necessarily a large one, just somewhere quiet where he can sit outside and relax. Whiskey is looking for a calm, understanding person who has time for him and is willing to continue the healing journey that has already begun at the refuge, reassuring him that he is safe and will never be abused again. Whiskey has come so far and, with the right home, will make a deeply loyal and affectionate companion.
