Whiskey a été retiré de sa famille par la police et est arrivé au refuge effrayé et inquiet. Grâce à des mois de travail patient et dévoué avec notre entraîneur de chiens, son anxiété et sa peur ont presque complètement disparu, et aujourd'hui, il est un tout autre chien. Whiskey s'entend bien avec les autres chiens et les gens et est aussi très doux avec les enfants. Il a besoin d'un peu de temps pour connaître les nouvelles personnes, mais une fois qu'il apprend à vous faire confiance, sa nature aimante et douce se révèle vraiment. Il bénéficierait d'avoir un espace extérieur, pas nécessairement grand, juste un endroit calme où il peut s'asseoir dehors et se détendre. Whiskey recherche une personne calme et compréhensive qui a du temps pour lui et qui est disposée à continuer le voyage de guérison qui a déjà commencé au refuge, en lui rappelant qu'il est en sécurité et ne sera plus jamais abusé. Whiskey a fait tellement de progrès et, avec la bonne maison, fera un compagnon loyal et affectueux.

Whiskey was removed from his family by the police and arrived at the shelter fearful and insecure. Thanks to months of patient, dedicated work with our dog trainer, his fear and anxiety have almost completely disappeared , and today, he is a very different dog. Whiskey now gets along well with other dogs and people and is also very good with children. He does need a little time to get to know new people, but once he learns to trust you, his loving and gentle nature truly shines through. He would benefit from having an outdoor space, not necessarily a large one, just somewhere quiet where he can sit outside and relax. Whiskey is looking for a calm, understanding person who has time for him and is willing to continue the healing journey that has already begun at the refuge, reassuring him that he is safe and will never be abused again. Whiskey has come so far and, with the right home, will make a deeply loyal and affectionate companion.
