Conosci Woodstock; il nostro sbrindellato, delizioso e adorabile lurcher che ha appena unito la famiglia! Woodstock è arrivato da noi come un piccolo molto stressato dal canile. Non si era davvero comportato bene al canile, trovandolo tutto troppo soffocante e stressante per lui. Abbiamo notato che nei primi due ore del suo arrivo a Sun Valley era un po' inquieto e nervoso, e non molto fiducioso con le persone. Gli abbiamo dato una compagna lurcher per condividere il suo spazio, gli abbiamo dato una buona corsa nel campo e poi un bel pasto abbondante per calmarlo e fargli capire che la Buona Vita inizia ora! Woodstock si è quasi immediatamente adattato alla sua nuova routine e vita qui a Sun Valley, si è trasformato nel ragazzo più buffo e felice e tutti lo adoriamo. Riceve tanto arricchimento, fiducia e amore dalla sua compagna Mary, quindi idealmente vorremmo che andasse in una casa con un altro cane. Le case con bambini più grandi saranno considerate e pensiamo che possa diventare un cane per la famiglia straordinario. Per via dei suoi iniziali timori e del fatto che abbia bisogno di un po' di tempo per abituarsi alle nuove persone, pensiamo che si adatti meglio in una casa più rilassata che vada al suo ritmo e lo sostenga mentre si abitua alla sua nuova vita e ambiente. Woodstock è ovviamente splendido e riceverà tantissima attenzione, ma vi preghiamo di inviare la vostra domanda solo se avete spazio e tempo per un giovane lurcher vivace. Se volete un cane con cui fare lunghe passeggiate, avventure del weekend, addestramento ecc., Woody sarebbe un cane meraviglioso da considerare! Meet Woodstock; our scruffy, scrummy loveable lurcher who just joined the family! Woodstock came to us as a very stressed little guy from the pound. He really didn’t do well at the pound, finding it all way too overwhelming and stressful for him. We noticed for the first couple of hours of him coming to Sun Valley that he was a bit restless and nervous, and not too trusting of people yet. We gave him a lurcher girlfriend to share his space with, gave him a good run in the field and then a nice big dinner to settle him in and show him that the Good Life starts now! Woodstock pretty much immediately settled into his new routine and life here at Sun Valley, he has turned in to the goofiest, happiest guy around and we all absolutely adore him. He gets SO much enrichment, confidence and love from his girlfriend Mary, so ideally we’d like him to go into a home with another dog. Homes with older children will be considered and we think he’d make an absolutely legendary family pet. Because of his initial nerves and him taking a little time to warm up to new people, we think he’d do best in a more chilled out home that will go at his pace and stick by him as he settles in to his new life and surroundings. Woodstock is obviously stunning and will get a LOT of interest, but please only apply if you have the space and time for a young active lurcher. If you want a dog to do long walks with, weekend adventures, training etc.. Woody would be a lovely dog to consider! He’s a smashing dog with so much potential and love to give.
