Zac è un dolce animale sensibile che ci è arrivato da un allevatore e, purtroppo, sembra che abbia conosciuto poco amore o cura nella sua vita finora. Il contatto umano è ancora qualcosa che sta imparando a comprendere e guardando nei suoi occhi, si può vedere una storia di tristezza e speranza. Sotto tutto questo c'è un ragazzo gentile in attesa del suo momento per essere veramente amato. Zac è stato adottato per un breve periodo ma purtroppo è tornato perché era nervoso rispetto all'uomo della casa. È un bel ragazzo, è solo incerto e ha bisogno di un ambiente calmo e paziente per costruire la sua fiducia. Avrà bisogno di una casa esclusivamente per adulti dove gli adottatori possano lavorare con lui dolcemente e dargli il tempo e la rassicurazione che merita. All'inizio Zac può essere timido e esitante, ma con pazienza comincia a mostrare la sua natura tenera e amorosa. Una volta che si fida di te, potrebbe avvicinarsi per un grattino sotto il mento o addirittura rotolare per un grattino sulla pancia, piccoli segni preziosi del compagno devoto che desidera diventare. Sta già imparando a camminare al guinzaglio e lo fa molto bene, anche se movimenti improvvisi o rumori inaspettati possono ancora rendere ansioso. Una casa calma e comprensiva dove può vivere al suo ritmo lo aiuterà a sentirsi sicuro e supportato. Anche se Zac è molto preoccupato, non gli piace condividere lo spazio con altri cani e quindi cercherà una casa dove potrà essere l'unico cane. Beneficierebbe degli adottatori che hanno esperienza con cani timidi e che sono presenti la maggior parte del tempo per aiutarlo a sistemarsi e avrà bisogno di una casa senza gatti. Poiché Zac non ha mai vissuto veramente in una casa prima, avrà bisogno di supporto per l'addestramento agli animali domestici, l'adattamento alla vita familiare e la scoperta di tutte le nuove cose e i suoni di una casa piena di affetto. Ha anche ricevuto da noi in condizioni di peso insufficiente, quindi una dieta ricca (con tanti premi lungo il cammino) lo aiuterà a crescere in forza e fiducia. Ciò che Zac necessita soprattutto è qualcuno che possa guardare oltre le sue prime preoccupazioni e riconoscere il dolce ragazzo gentile che è davvero. Con pazienza, amore e comprensione, sboccerà nel fedele e devoto compagno che è. È veramente l'anima più dolce, ha solo bisogno delle persone giuste per dargli la possibilità che meritava tanto. Zac is a sensitive little soul who has come to us from a breeder and, sadly, it seems he has known very little kindness or care in his life so far. Human contact is still something he is learning to understand, and when you look into his eyes, you can see a story of sadness and hope. Beneath it all lies a gentle boy just waiting for his chance to be truly loved. Zac was adopted for a short period but was unfortunately returned as he was nervous of the man in the household. He is such a sweet boy, he’s just unsure and needs a calm, patient environment to build his confidence. He will need an adult-only home where his adopters can work with him gently and give him the time and reassurance he deserves. At first, Zac can be shy and hesitant, but with patience, he begins to show his tender, loving nature. Once he trusts you, he may lean in for a chin scratch or even roll over for a belly rub, small, precious signs of the devoted companion he longs to become. He is already learning to walk on a lead and is doing really well, though sudden movements or unexpected noises can still make him anxious. A calm, understanding home where he can take life at his own pace will help him feel safe and supported. Although Zac is quite worried, he doesn't like to share his space with other dogs and so he will be looking for a home where he can be the only dog. He would benefit from adopters who have experience with nervous dogs and who are around most of the time to help him settle in and will need a home without cats. As Zac has never truly lived in a home before, he will need support with house training, adjusting to family life, and discovering all the new sights and sounds of a loving household. He has also come to us underweight, so a hearty diet (with plenty of treats along the way) will help him grow in strength and confidence. What Zac needs most is someone who can see past his initial worries and recognise the sweet, gentle boy he truly is. With patience, love, and understanding, he will blossom into a loyal and devoted companion. He really is the sweetest soul, he just needs the right people to give him the chance he so deeply deserves. Zac has a travel document.
