Bentley entrou no nosso cuidado depois de ter sido transferido para nós por outro centro. Infelizmente não sabemos muito sobre a sua vida anterior antes de chegar ao nosso cuidado, mas desde que está connosco revelou-se um rapaz carinhoso, brincalhão, que gosta de estar na companhia das suas pessoas favoritas e de correr pelo nosso campo com os seus brinquedos. É um rapaz inteligente na sua fase de adolescência, por isso também beneficiará de um lar activo que lhe ofereça estímulo físico e mental, juntamente com algum treino básico adicional para o ajudar a tornar-se um cão bem comportado e confiante. Mostrou que pode ficar sobrecarregado em certas alturas, por isso precisa de donos dispostos a seguir o seu ritmo e a serem pacientes com ele. Este pobre miúdo não teve um bom início na vida, passando metade da sua curta vida em gaiolas. Isso teve um grande impacto na sua ansiedade relacionada com a separação e, por isso, procura um lar onde haja pelo menos um membro da família em casa o tempo todo, que possa gradualmente ensiná-lo que é normal estar sozinho durante pequenos períodos. Pode às vezes faltar-lhe educação perante outros cães, por isso beneficiará de um lar que possa oferecer-lhe mais socialização depois de se ter adaptado ao seu novo lar. Por este motivo acreditamos que é mais adequado que seja o único cão do lar, assim como o seu desejo de ter toda a atenção para si mesmo! Bentley está sempre feliz em vê-lo e saúda-o com um balanço de corpo e cauda completo. Será uma excelente adição à família e retribuirá com lealdade, diversão e afecto. Terá espaço na sua vida para este maravilhoso rapaz?

Bentley came into our care after he was transferred to us from another centre. We sadly do not know much about his past life before arriving into our care, but since being with us he has shown to be an affectionate, playful boy who loves being in the company of his favourite humans and zooming around our field with his toys. He is a clever boy in his adolescent era so will also benefit from an active home that can provide him with the physical and mental stimulation he needs, alongside some further basic training to guide him in becoming a well mannered, confident dog. He has shown that he can get overwhelmed at times so needs owners who are willing to take things at his pace and be patient with him. This poor boy hasn’t had a good start in life, having spent half of his short life in kennels already. This has taken a big toll of his separation related anxiety and is therefore looking for a home that has at least one family member at home all the time, who can gradually teach him its okay to be left for short periods. He can sometimes lack manners around other dogs so will benefit from a home that can provide further socialising once he has settled into his new home. For this reason we feel he is better suited to be the only dog in the home, as well as his want to have all the attention to himself! Bentley is always happy to see you and will greet you with a full body and tail wag. He will make a great addition to the home and will provide you loyalty, fun and affection in return.
