Bentley est entré dans notre garde après avoir été transféré vers nous depuis un autre centre. Malheureusement, nous ne savons pas grand chose sur sa vie passée avant d'arriver dans notre garde, mais depuis qu'il est avec nous, il a montré qu'il est un jeune homme affectueux et joueur qui aime la compagnie de ses humains préférés et qui fait le tour de notre champ avec ses jouets. Il est un jeune homme intelligent durant son adolescence, donc il bénéficiera également d'un foyer actif qui lui fournira l'exercice physique et la stimulation mentale dont il a besoin, ainsi qu'une formation de base supplémentaire pour l'aider à devenir un chien bien élevé et confiant. Il a parfois du mal à gérer les situations, donc il a besoin d'un propriétaire prêt à aller à son rythme et à être patient avec lui. Ce pauvre garçon n'a pas eu une bonne début dans la vie, ayant passé la moitié de sa courte vie dans des cages. Cela a eu un grand impact sur son anxiété liée à la séparation et il cherche donc un foyer où au moins un membre de la famille est toujours présent, qui peut progressivement lui apprendre que c'est acceptable d'être laissé pendant de courtes périodes. Il peut parfois manquer de bonnes manières en présence d'autres chiens, donc il bénéficiera d'un foyer qui puisse lui offrir une socialisation supplémentaire une fois qu'il se sera habitué à son nouveau logement. Pour cette raison, nous pensons qu'il est mieux adapté à être le seul chien du foyer, ainsi que son désir d'avoir toute l'attention pour lui seul ! Bentley est toujours heureux de vous voir et vous accueille avec un wagging de tout le corps et de la queue. Il serait un excellent ajout à un foyer et vous offrira loyauté, plaisir et affection en retour. Avez-vous de la place dans votre vie pour ce merveilleux garçon ?

Bentley came into our care after he was transferred to us from another centre. We sadly do not know much about his past life before arriving into our care, but since being with us he has shown to be an affectionate, playful boy who loves being in the company of his favourite humans and zooming around our field with his toys. He is a clever boy in his adolescent era so will also benefit from an active home that can provide him with the physical and mental stimulation he needs, alongside some further basic training to guide him in becoming a well mannered, confident dog. He has shown that he can get overwhelmed at times so needs owners who are willing to take things at his pace and be patient with him. This poor boy hasn’t had a good start in life, having spent half of his short life in kennels already. This has taken a big toll of his separation related anxiety and is therefore looking for a home that has at least one family member at home all the time, who can gradually teach him its okay to be left for short periods. He can sometimes lack manners around other dogs so will benefit from a home that can provide further socialising once he has settled into his new home. For this reason we feel he is better suited to be the only dog in the home, as well as his want to have all the attention to himself! Bentley is always happy to see you and will greet you with a full body and tail wag. He will make a great addition to the home and will provide you loyalty, fun and affection in return.
