Stumpy este un pisicu cu o coadă scurtă, care a ajuns la adăpostul Triple A într-un stadiu șocant pe 21 octombrie: avea o răniță deschisă pe coadă, probabil cauzată de o arsură. Din cauza severității traumei a fost necesară amputarea cozii pentru a asigura binele animalelor și pentru a evita durerea și infecția suplimentară. În ciuda tuturor lucrurilor prin care a trecut, Stumpy a dovedit că este un adevărat luptător. Pierderea cozii nu îi împiedică să trăiască o viață complet normală. Este un pisicu vesel, activ și sociabil, care se descurcă bine cu alți pisi, cu care se înțelege foarte bine și se simte în siguranță. Stumpy is a little kitten who arrived at Triple A on October 21 in a shocking condition. His tail was raw and open, likely as a result of a burn, and the severity of the injury made it necessary to amputate his tail to ensure his well-being and prevent further pain and infection. Despite everything he has been through, Stumpy has carried on with tremendous strength. The loss of his tail doesn’t prevent him from leading a completely normal life and doesn’t dampen his desire to play, explore, and enjoy life. He is a playful, active kitten who gets along well with other cats. He interacts well with them and enjoys their company, but he doesn’t need to live with another cat to be happy. Stumpy can easily find his place as the family’s only cat, as long as he receives the love, attention, and stimulation he needs. He may seem shy around people at first and needs a little time to feel safe. Once he gains confidence, he lets you pet him and begins to show the sweet side he has inside. Stumpy needs a patient family that respects his pace and allows him to discover, little by little, that people can also offer him love, security, and protection.
