Detta är Titch, en trevlig 8-årig, kastrerad brittisk bulldog som söker sitt eviga hem. Han kom till Lea Valley Dog Rescue utan någon skuld på egen hand och bor för närvarande i fosterhem i Newbury, Berkshire. Titch är en kärleksfull och kärleksfull pojke som älskar alla han träffar. Hans favoritplats att vara är att knyta sig intill på soffan med sina människor. Vid 21 kg tror han att han är en lappdog, och om han inte riktigt får plats på din lappa, kommer han helt enkelt att lena hela sin kropp mot dig för att komma så nära som möjligt. I fosterhem bor Titch tillsammans med ett 11-årigt barn, med vilket han har det utmärkt. Titch har varit glad att lämnas ensam i upp till tre till fyra timmar. Titch är en munter liten karaktär och mycket en typisk bulldog. Han kan ibland vara lite hårdförd, men han är också extremt belöningsmotiverad och mycket förmögen att lära sig. Sedan han kom till fosterhem har han gjort stora framsteg. När han först kom, tjöt han efter uppmärksamhet eller mat, men med tid, tålamod och konsekvens har detta förbättrats mycket. Hans nya familj behöver fortsätta denna träning för att hjälpa honom att fortsätta utvecklas. Han vet redan sitta, komma, vänta och ge fot. Titch har visat sig vara mycket god med andra hundar när ni är ute och går, oavsett storlek eller temperaments. Om en annan hund vill spela, är Titch glad att delta, och om inte, är han respektfull och vänlig. Titch har aldrig bott med katter och han gillar att jaga fåglar och vilda kaniner ut ur trädgården, så han skulle passa bäst i ett hem utan katter eller andra små pärlor. Han kan bo tillsammans med en annan kompatibel hund, beroende på framgångsrika introduktioner. Titch är lätt att gå på leken, drar inte och älskar att utforska landsbygden och ha en bra doft runt omkring. Han är dock en smula avhängig av vädret och ibland behöver en liten uppmuntran att gå ut när det är kallt eller regn. Han är en vacker naturad pojke som också är mycket tålmodig i bad och nagelklippning. Titch har inga kända medicinska problem. This is Titch, an adorable, 8 year old, neutered British Bulldog looking for his forever home. He came into the care of Lea Valley Dog Rescue through no fault of his own and is currently being fostered in Newbury, Berkshire. Titch is a loving, affectionate boy who adores everyone he meets. His favourite place to be is cuddled up on the sofa with his people. At 21kg, he is convinced he is a lapdog, and if he cannot quite fit on your lap, he will simply lean his whole body into you to get as close as possible. In foster, Titch lives with an 11 year old child, whom he gets on with fantastically. Titch has been happy being left for up to three to four hours. Titch is a comical little character and very much a typical Bulldog. He can be a little stubborn at times, but he is also extremely treat-motivated and very capable of learning. Since coming into foster, he has made great progress. He would bark for attention or food when he first arrived, but with time, patience, and consistency, this has greatly improved. His new family will need to continue this training to help him keep progressing. He already knows sit, come, wait, and paw. Titch has shown himself to be very good with other dogs when out and about, no matter their size or temperament. If another dog wants to play, Titch is happy to join in, and if not, he is polite and respectful. Titch has never lived with cats and he does enjoy chasing birds and wild rabbits out of the garden, so he would be best suited to a home without cats or other small furry animals. He may be able to live with another compatible dog, subject to successful introductions. Titch is easy to walk on the lead, does not pull and loves exploring the countryside and having a good sniff around. He is a bit of a fair-weather walker, though, and can sometimes need a little encouragement to head out when it is cold or raining. He is a lovely natured boy who is also very tolerant of baths and nail trims. Titch has no known medical conditions.
