2010

Male

Tim, also known as Tiny Tim, is a cute little miniature Shetland with a cheeky personality that wins over everyone he meets. He arrived at Munchkins after his owner could no longer care for him and had spent some time in a vet hospital due to a reaction to his Cushing's medication. In addition to Cushing's, Tim is prone to laminitis and has had issues with his teeth. Despite these challenges, he's a much-loved pony at Munchkins and he certainly knows it! Tim is always the first to greet you, and his playful nature brings a smile to everyone's face.

About 2010

What life with 2010 looks like

2010 is a very small adult horse waiting at Munchkins Miniature Shetland Rescue in United Kingdom.

Adopting a horse is a long-term commitment that almost always requires either land or a boarding stable. The shelter will discuss the horse's training level, vet history, and what kind of work or companionship they're suited for. Expect ongoing costs: feed, farrier, vet, and stabling.

🇬🇧Adopting from United Kingdom

Paperwork, vet checks and transport rules differ by species and by country. Ask the shelter what is included and what you will need to arrange before you commit.

Frequently asked

Adopting 2010, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about 2010?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Munchkins Miniature Shetland Rescue handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw 2010 on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt 2010 if I live in another country?
Sometimes. Whether a horse can move between countries depends on the species and the rules in both countries, and some species need permits or have restrictions. Ask Munchkins Miniature Shetland Rescue what paperwork and transport they require, and check the import rules of your country before you commit.
Is 2010 already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
What a horse comes with (vet checks, vaccinations, identification, paperwork) varies by shelter and species. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask Munchkins Miniature Shetland Rescue directly what is included and what 2010 still needs.
What happens if 2010 isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Munchkins Miniature Shetland Rescue early rather than rehoming privately; they know 2010 and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
