A wonderful big dog is waiting for you at the shelter! Menodoro, a Maremmano crossbreed, is a large-sized dog weighing 36 kg. He was born around December 2023 and was abandoned, entering the shelter just two days before Christmas 2024. He’s a sociable dog who gets along well with people; he’s proud and independent. He enjoys human company but doesn’t appreciate being handled too insistently or intrusively. A respectful and balanced approach is the right key to winning him over. He hasn’t yet been tested with other dogs, but we believe he’d have no issues getting along with dogs of the opposite sex. He’s good with cats. He knows how to walk nicely on a leash. If you’d like to learn more about him, please get in touch! He’s currently at a private, affiliated shelter in the province of Rome, but we’re also able to place him in the north, following the necessary pre-adoption checks. He’s vaccinated, spayed/neutered, tested for leishmaniasis, and of course microchipped. Adoption Department, ALFA OdV Association. Un meraviglioso cagnolone che ti sta aspettando in canile! Menodoro, derivato maremmano, taglia grande, 36 kg, nascita presunta dicembre 2023 ed abbandonato ed entrato in canile a due giorni dal Natale 2024. Lui è un cane socievole con le persone, fiero e indipendente. Apprezza la compagnia umana, ma non gradisce essere troppo manipolato con insistenza o invadenza. Un approccio rispettoso ed equilibrato è la chiave giusta per conquistarlo. Non è stato ancora testato con altri cani ma pensiamo che non abbia problemi con cani dell’altro sesso. Buono con i gatti. Sa andare al guinzaglio. Se desideri saperne di più su di lui contattaci!
