We rescued Alaska with three other kittens from a breeding site where we have been intervening for over a year and a half. A very wild cat is still on site, and despite our efforts, we have not yet been able to catch her. We were only able to rescue the kittens. Alaska and his brother Arnold quickly proved to be more comfortable and affectionate than the other kittens, and also larger. A veterinary examination confirmed that they were a bit older. We suspect they were left by neighbors and joined the kittens already on site. Alaska is a friendly and affectionate kitten. He likes to rub his head against your hand to ask for cuddles. He is also a playful and energetic kitten. He will need the presence of a same-species companion.
