Άlmpa (Άλμπα)

Mixed Breed · Female · Puppy

The little Alba is looking for her forever home. She was found wandering alone in the city, near the church of Agios Ioannis, wearing a collar. Her owner was searched for, but so far no one has appeared for her. And so, now it's time to look for the family that will make her truly their own. We named her Alba. She is a female puppy about 5 months old and has a character that is hard to overlook. Alba is incredibly people-oriented. She doesn't just want someone to be around her - she wants to be next to you. To touch her, to pet her, to take her in her arms. She constantly seeks human contact and clearly shows how much she needs to feel that she belongs somewhere. 🤍 She is about 5 months old 🐾 She is female ❤️ She is very affectionate and people-oriented 🫂 She loves hugs and caresses 🏡 She is looking for a responsible, permanent family She is still a baby. She has her whole life ahead of her and what we want is that she doesn't have to learn what it means to grow up without a home. We are not looking for someone who just says "how beautiful she is". We are looking for someone who will say: "From now on, you are with me." 📩 Anyone seriously interested in adoption can contact us. 📢 Share Alba. Her owner may be just one post away. 🐾🤍 -- 📢 Ptolemaida Animal Welfare Society "The Stray Heroes" 🐾 🏡 Animals for adoption: 🐾 Adoptions & Lost Animals - Publication requirements: ❤️ Become a sponsor and help a stray: 📋 Submit a report for an animal: 🛠️ Tools for Stray Animals & Animal Lovers: ⚖️ Who we are: 🛒 Support Points: ❤️ Every act of love counts. About Άlmpa (Άλμπα)

What life with Άlmpa (Άλμπα) looks like

Άlmpa (Άλμπα) is a small puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Dogs Voice in Athens.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇬🇷Adopting from Greece

Greek shelters often partner with Northern European rescue groups for placements. Animals are sterilized, vaccinated, and chipped before adoption. Fees vary widely depending on whether the shelter is municipal or NGO-run.
