Jil is a female dog who needs space and distance to allow for closeness. She lives in a mixed pack at the animal shelter and has very good social behavior. Even though Jil knows she needs to be on a leash, she prefers to live freely in a pack. She is not the typical dog that can be walked anywhere on a leash. An ideal home for her would be an enclosed yard where she can socialize with other dogs to her heart's content and make her own decisions about coming and going. She has a very distinct bark. Outside of the enclosure, she is more quiet. Jil should be placed with handlers with appropriate dog experience and the necessary local conditions.

Sie lebt im Tierheim in einem gemischten Rudel und besitzt sehr gutes Sozialverhalten. Auch wenn Jil es kennt, angeleint zu werden, so liebt sie es doch mehr frei in einem Rudel leben zu dürfen. Sie ist nicht der klassische Hund, mit dem man sofort überall angeleint spazieren gehen kann. Ideal wäre für sie ein eingezäuntes Gelände wo sie sich nach Herzenslust mit ihresgleichen aufhalten kann und selbst entscheiden darf, ob sie kommt oder nicht. Sie hat ein sehr markantes Bellen. Außerhalb des Zwingers zeigt sie sich eher ruhig. Jil sollte zu Haltern mit entsprechend Hundeerfahrung und den benötigten örtlichen Gegebenheiten.
