In the midst of rocks, these siblings were seen cautiously peeking out from between the stones. Initially, only 2 were spotted and captured with much patience and persistence. During checks in the following days, 2 more puppies were seen and they too were safely brought in after some time. Finally, 2 more puppies were found. All the siblings are now at the LIDA shelter in Olbia, and at first they were so frightened that they wouldn't even touch the food. Slowly, the six are getting used to their new surroundings and new experiences, but for such extremely sensitive and fearful dogs, the shelter with all its impressions and influences is not the ideal environment to positively influence their behavior. Inmitten von Felsen wurden diese Geschwister gesehen, als sie immer mal wieder vorsichtig zwischen den Steinen herausschauten. Zunächst waren es nur 2, die gesehen und mit viel Geduld und Beharrlichkeit eingefangen werden konnten. Bei den Kontrollen in den darauf folgenden Tagen wurden weitere 2 Welpen gesehen und auch sie konnten nach geraumer Zeit in Sicherheit gebracht werden. Schließlich wurden nochmals 2 weitere Welpen gefunden. Alle Geschwister befinden sich nun im rifugio der LIDA in Olbia, und zu Beginn waren sie noch so verängstigt, dass sie nicht einmal das Futter angerührt haben. Ganz langsam gewöhnt sich das Sixtett an die neue Umgebung und die neuen Eindrücke, aber gerade für so extrem sensible und ängstliche Hunde bietet das rifugio mit all seinen Eindrücken und Einflüssen nicht die ideale Umgebung, um das Verhalten positiv zu beeinflussen.
