Appa and Momo's story began as a sad fairy tale: small, emaciated and without a mother, they were found alone in a large forest. Fortunately, that sad start is behind them, and they have since grown into two beautiful, resilient kittens ready for their next big adventure: a forever home of their own! Despite their shared start, brother and sister have very different personalities: Appa is a real, brave adventurer. Open doors are his greatest passion and he has no shortage of courage. He quickly discovered that he loves lounging on laps and receiving pets, and he purrs happily. Momo is a lovely, little stubborn one. She found the world very exciting in the first weeks and still looks at things from a distance. When she hears her big brother purring, she comes cautiously closer. As soon as she gives in, she can't get enough of all the attention! If she's startled, she may run away or hiss, but with a little love, she melts completely. Although they are very different, they absolutely cannot live without each other. Do they lose sight of each other for a moment? Then you immediately hear worried meows through the house. Playing together (or with their toys) is their favorite activity. After a good listening session, a sprint and a hunting game, they eat their bellies full and then fall asleep together. Yes, these little ones already know exactly how life works! For Appa and Momo, we are looking for a quiet household without (too young) children, where they can grow in peace. Because Momo needs some time and Appa can sometimes be overwhelming in his enthusiasm, we are looking for a patient owner. Do you already have an adult cat? Appa finds larger cats enormously interesting, as long as that cat is resistant to a lot of kitten energy! What do you get in return? Het verhaal van Appa en Momo begon als een verdrietig sprookje: klein, broodmager en zonder mama werden ze moederziel alleen in een groot bos gevonden. Gelukkig ligt die nare start achter hen en zijn ze inmiddels uitgegroeid tot twee prachtige, veerkrachtige kittens die klaar zijn voor hun volgende grote avontuur: een eigen 'forever home'! Ondanks hun gezamenlijke start, hebben broer en zus een heel eigen karakter: Appa is een échte, dappere avonturier. Open deuren zijn zijn grootste passie en hij heeft dan ook geen gebrek aan moed. Hij ontdekte al snel dat schootliggen en aaitjes krijgen eigenlijk reuzefijn is! Hij spint er dan ook vrolijk op los. Momo is een heerlijk, klein eigenwijsje. Zij vond de wereld de eerste weken erg spannend en kijkt nog steeds het kat uit de boom. Als ze haar grote broer hoort spinnen, komt ze gelukkig al snel voorzichtig dichterbij. Zodra ze zich overgeeft, krijgt ook zij geen genoeg van alle aandacht! Als ze schrikt, durft ze nog wel eens weg te rennen of te blazen, maar met een beetje liefde smelt ze helemaal. Hoewel ze erg verschillend zijn, kunnen ze absoluut niet zonder elkaar. Verliezen ze elkaar even uit het oog? Dan hoor je meteen bezorgde miauwtjes door het huis klinken. Samen spelen (of met hun speelgoed) is hun favoriete bezigheid. Na een flinke luistersessie, een sprintje en een jachtpartij eten ze hun buikjes rond om daarna samen in slaap te vallen. Ja, deze kleintjes weten al precies hoe het leven werkt! Voor Appa en Momo zoeken we een rustig huishouden zonder (al te jonge) kinderen, waar ze in alle rust verder kunnen groeien. Omdat Momo wat tijd nodig heeft en Appa soms een tikkeltje overweldigend kan zijn in zijn enthousiasme, zoeken we een baasje met geduld. Heb je al een volwassen kat? Appa vindt grotere katten reusachtig interessant, al moet die kat wel bestand zijn tegen een flinke dosis kitten-energie! Wat krijg je hiervoor terug? Twee zalig spinnende knuffeltjes die al steeds vaker enthousiast aan komen rennen als je hun naam roept, én die af en toe de boel heerlijk op stelten zetten.
