Asis

Mixed Breed · Male · Young · 1 year

Asís arrived at Triple A on 13 May 2025 together with his brothers Angelo and Andrew, after their previous owner had to move to another country and was no longer able to care for them. Since arriving, Asís has shown himself to be an exceptional cat: affectionate, gentle and very sociable, both with people and other cats. It is clear that he grew up in a home environment, accustomed to human contact, cuddles and the peace and comfort of family life. He has a sweet and friendly nature and loves being around people and receiving affection. He is the kind of cat who quickly wins the heart of everyone he meets. Now he just needs to find a loving family who will give him the home he deserves and love him forever. If you would like to meet Asís and give him a chance, please get in touch with us. 🏡 To ensure his safety, it is essential that windows and terraces have suitable safety protections in place before adoption. 📩 Adoption contact: 📸 Follow us on Instagram:

About Asis

What life with Asis looks like

Asis is a small young adult mixed breed cat waiting at Triple A Marbella in Marbella.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction — every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

🇪🇸Adopting from Spain

Spanish protectoras generally include sterilization, all vaccinations, microchip ID, and EU pet passport in the adoption fee (typically €250–€400 for a dog, €100–€180 for a cat). Many maintain partnerships with rescue transport providers across the EU.

Frequently asked

Adopting Asis, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Asis?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Triple A Marbella handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Asis on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Asis if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Triple A Marbella will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Asis already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Asis isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Triple A Marbella early rather than rehoming privately; they know Asis and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
