Athena's Koffert is packed. Her vaccination card and all necessary documents are ready. The chip is in place, with the number and vaccinations documented. A transporter heading to Germany is on the way, but Athena is still not on the transport list. Why? Because Athena is still looking for a home. Until now, it wasn't possible because she could only be made visible today. Here on our homepage and other portals. Of course, photos and a few small videos were taken. To that end, the initially somewhat surprised Athena was brought into all kinds of photogenic and less photogenic positions. Athena endured all of this patiently and kindly, as she always does. We know very little about Athena's history. In the State animal shelter in Bucharest, she lives with her siblings Knox, Princess, Iris, and Zoe in a yard. We must assume that these puppy siblings spent most, if not all, of their lives there, perhaps even born there. Maybe they were also picked up somewhere and brought to the animal shelter. So far, the siblings get along well, but it's getting a bit cramped in their uncomfortable living conditions. That's why it's a bit urgent to move them out, and also because a puppy shouldn't be in a yard. No dog should be, that shouldn't be forgotten. Puppies should play and learn, and be able to explore their environment through movement in the natural world. Athena, too, wants to explore the world through sniffing, digging, splashing, playing, and chasing with doggy friends. She wants to fall asleep in a soft dog bed at night, full of wonderful experiences, sinking into deep dreams. We hope that Athena's dreams will come true. That a person or family finds her, allowing her to become part of them. Part of their shared history and future. A friendly doggy companion in the new home wouldn't be a problem, as Athena has known living with fellow animals since a young age. Athena's name comes from Greek mythology. Athena is there the goddess of wisdom. And you, dear animal friend, are interested in a dog from animal welfare. That speaks to you. A wise decision. Maybe you're interested in the pretty and so loving Athena. She wants to be allowed to travel soon. With her Koffert full of love, friendship, loyalty, and a lot of hope paired with anticipation. Athenas Köfferchen ist gepackt. Impfpass und alle erforderlichen Papiere liegen bereit. Der Chip sitzt, Chipnummer und alle Impfungen sind dokumentiert. Ein Transporter Richtung Deutschland fährt in Kürze, aber Athena steht noch nicht auf der Transportliste. Warum? Weil Athena noch ein Zuhause sucht.Bisher war das gar nicht möglich, denn erst heute kann sie überhaupt sichtbar gemacht werden. Hier auf unserer Homepage und anderen Portalen.Natürlich wurden auch Fotos gemacht und ein paar kleine Videos gedreht. Dazu wurde die zunächst etwas verblüffte Athena in alle möglichen fotogenen und weniger fotogenen Stellungen gebracht. Alles hat das Hundemädchen über sich ergehen lassen, geduldig und nett, wie sie nun einmal ist.Über Athenas Geschichte wissen wir leider so gut wie nichts. Im Staatlichen Tierheim Bukarest lebt sie gemeinsam mit ihren Geschwistern Knox, Princess, Iris und Zoe in einem Zwinger.Wir müssen davon ausgehen, dass diese Hundekinder den größten Teil ihres Lebens dort verbracht haben, vielleicht sogar an diesem Ort geboren wurden. Möglicherweise wurden sie auch irgendwo eingesammelt und im Tierheim abgegeben. Noch verstehen sich die Geschwister gut, aber langsam wird es eng in ihrer unkomfortablen Unterkunft.Deshalb eilt es ein bisschen mit dem Auszug und auch, weil ein Welpe so gar nichts in einem Zwinger verloren hat. Kein Hund hat das, das soll nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Welpen sollten spielen und lernen können, sich ihre Umgebung durch Bewegung in der freien Natur erobern dürfen. Auch Athena möchte sich die Welt durch Schnüffeln, Buddeln, Planschen, Toben und Herumjagen mit Hundekumpels erschließen. Sie möchte abends in einem weichen Körbchen einschlafen und voll von schönen Erlebnissen in tiefe Träume sinken.Wir hoffen, dass Athenas Träume in Erfüllung gehen. Dass sich ein Mensch oder eine Familie findet, die Athena Teil von sich werden lässt. Teil der gemeinsamen Geschichte und Zukunft. Ein freundlicher Hundekumpel im neuen Zuhause wäre sicher kein Problem, da Athena das Zusammenleben mit Artgenossen von klein auf kennt.Athenas Name kommt aus der griechischen Mythologie. Athena ist dort die Göttin der Weisheit.Und Sie, lieber Tierfreund, interessieren sich für einen Hund aus dem Tierschutz. Das spricht für Sie. Ein weiser Entschluss. Vielleicht interessieren Sie sich ja für die hübsche und so liebe Athena. Sie möchte bald reisen dürfen.
