05/2025 Badges, geboren ca. 04/2023, kastriert, ca. 60-65 cm Schulterhöhe, im Shelter seit 09/2023 Badges und seine Geschwister wurden zusammen mit ihrer Mutter Masha abgegeben, da die Besitzer keine Welpen wollten und vorhatten diese zu entsorgen. Sie kamen zunächst in eine Pflegefamilie und schließlich zu Maria. Drei von Badges Geschwistern konnten schon ausziehen, er und sein Bruder Popeye suchen noch ein Zuhause. Leider ist Badges zu einem unserer Notfälle geworden. Der hübsche Kerl hat die letzten Monate frei vor dem Shelter gelebt, doch nun musste er eingesperrt werden, um nicht von den Herdenschutzhunden der ankommenden Hirten verletzt oder getötet zu werden. Nach so langer Zeit in Freiheit ist es schrecklich für die Hunde, wieder in Zwingern eingesperrt zu sein, doch leider haben wir keine andere Möglichkeit um sie zu schützen. Badges ist ein recht entspannter, angenehmer, nicht allzu wilder Zeitgenosse, der den Kontakt zum Menschen sucht und mag, aber dennoch eher zurückhaltend als aufdringlich ist. Es ist momentan nicht möglich ihm ein Halsband und eine Leine anzulegen, ein Geschirr ist erst recht nicht möglich. Daher braucht Badges erfahrene Menschen, die ihm in Ruhe und ohne Druck beibringen was ein Hund in unserer zivilisierten Welt so können muss - oder ihn so sein lassen wie er ist. Dazu gehört auch eine entsprechende Wohnsituation, durch die er nicht gezwungen ist, direkt Gassi zu gehen. Befindet sich aktuell in Rumänien und darf ausreisen, wenn er ein Zuhause gefunden hat. Reist gechipt und geimpft (EU Impfpass; Impfungen: Tollwut und Grundimmunisierung). Alle Hunde werden bei ihrer Ankunft im Shelter sowie anschließend mindestens einmal jährlich gegen Darmparasiten und Ektoparasiten behandelt. Die geschilderten Verhaltensbeobachtungen basieren auf dem Alltag im Shelter und können sich in einem häuslichen Umfeld unter veränderten Lebensbedingungen entsprechend anders darstellen.
