Balou kam nach dem Tod seines Besitzers gemeinsam mit Nala und Simba zu uns ins Tierheim. Die große Veränderung verunsichert ihn noch und er begegnet der neuen Situation eher scheu und vorsichtig. Innerhalb der Katzengruppe versteht sich Balou besonders gut mit Nala. Die beiden geben einander Sicherheit und scheinen eng miteinander verbunden zu sein. Am schönsten wäre es deshalb, wenn Balou und Nala gemeinsam ein neues Zuhause finden könnten. Für Balou suchen wir einen sehr ruhigen Haushalt bei geduldigen Menschen, die ihm ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bieten und ihn selbst entscheiden lassen, wann er bereit ist, Kontakt aufzunehmen. Hektik und zu viele Veränderungen wären für ihn momentan nicht das Richtige. Balou ist Wohnungshaltung gewohnt. In seinem neuen Zuhause soll er in aller Ruhe ankommen dürfen und die Chance bekommen, wieder Vertrauen und Sicherheit zu gewinnen.
