Bengal cat, male, neutered, arrived on 24.7.2026 Characteristics: No solitary housing, enjoys outdoor or secure outdoor access, very active. Character: Affectionate, playful, trusting, very active. Balu is a young Bengal at heart. He is playful, active, loves to chat and always wants to experience something new. It's all the worse for him to be in a cage at the shelter, as he absolutely does not belong there. We agree with him on that point. The less than one-year-old cat should be able to run and climb in a large house, cuddle with his humans, and explore the world outside, as this is not possible for us. We are looking for a home for Balu as soon as possible. He would be happy to be with his little friend Mogli or his big friend Fontanus. Balu is not used to solitary housing and should not live in it. The handsome cat does not have the distinctive Bengal spots like his friends, but his fur shines in beautiful silver-gray. On photos, he looks a bit grumpy, which is usually because we prevent him from leaving his cage on his own and going on an adventure, which he does not like at all. Balu is great for an active family, even with children, who enjoy physically and mentally challenging two Bengals. And who loves cuddling.

Geschlecht: Kater, Kastriert Bei uns seit: 24.7.2026 Merkmale: Keine Einzelhaltung, gerne mit Freilauf oder gesicherten Freilauf, sehr aktiv. Charakter: Anhänglich, verschmust, zutraulich, sehr aktiv Balu ist charakterlich durch und durch ein junger Bengale. Er ist verspielt, aktiv, viel am quatschen und möchte ständig etwas erleben. Umso schlimmer für ihn in einer Box im Tierheim zu sitzen, da gehört er seiner Meinung nach absolut nicht hin. In dem Punkt müssen wir ihm Recht geben. Der nicht einmal 1 jährige Kater sollte in einem großen Haus toben und klettern und mit seinen Menschen kuscheln, sowie draussen die Welt erobern, da dies bei uns alles nicht möglich ist suchen wir schnellstens ein Zuhause für Balu. Gerne mit seinem kleinen Freund Mogli oder seinem großen Freund Fontanus zusammen. Einzelhaltung kennt Balu nämlich nicht und in dieser sollte er auch nicht leben. Der hübsche Kater hat nicht die ausgeprägten Bengalflecken wie seine Freunde, dafür leuchtet sein Fell im hübschen silberhellgrau. Auf Fotos guckt er zugegeben noch etwas grimmig, was aber meist daran liegt das wir ihn daran hindern von alleine seine Box zu verlassen und auf Entdeckertour zu gehen, dass passt ihm gar nicht. Balu ist super geeignet für eine aktive Familie auch mit Kindern, die Spaß daran haben zwei Bengalen Physisch und mental auszulasten. Und viel Lust auf Kuscheleinheiten haben.
