New arrival Bärli was found in Pifuß, 5293 Köstendorf on 19.02.2026 and brought to us at Theo. The dear tomcat is estimated to be around 9–11 years old. He is neutered, however, unfortunately, he is not microchipped. Upon his arrival, it became clear that Bärli is not doing well health-wise: His entire throat is severely inflamed, which causes the poor fellow a lot of pain. Additionally, he is very thin, likely because eating has been difficult for him due to the inflammation for a longer time. Bärli is now receiving medical treatment and is being given appropriate medications for the inflammation. We hope very much that the therapy will be effective and that he will soon be able to eat without pain. Has anyone seen or missed this dear tomcat? Welcome to Theo, you sweet little guy!

Neuzugang Bärli wurde am 19.02.2026 in Pifuß in 5293 Köstendorf gefunden und anschließend zu uns ins Theo gebracht. Der liebe Kater wird auf etwa 9–11 Jahre geschätzt. Er ist kastriert, jedoch leider nicht gechippt. Bei seiner Ankunft zeigte sich schnell, dass es Bärli gesundheitlich nicht gut geht: Sein gesamter Rachen ist stark entzündet, was dem armen Kerl große Schmerzen bereitet. Außerdem ist er sehr dünn, vermutlich weil ihm das Fressen aufgrund der Entzündung schon längere Zeit schwergefallen ist. Bärli wird nun medizinisch behandelt und erhält entsprechende Medikamente gegen die Entzündung. Wir hoffen sehr, dass die Therapie gut anschlägt und er bald wieder ohne Schmerzen fressen kann.
