Introduction: Barney is a new arrival, settling in and awaiting further assessment. Home wanted: Barney would like a fun home with a secure garden. Barney is house trained and he can be left for a few hours, but does prefer being involved. Will need support with travelling in the car. Behaviour towards people/children: Barney is friendly, likes to say hello to people and enjoys company. He is very affectionate with those he close to. Happily live with older teenagers that are used to dogs. Other animals: Barney would like to be the only dog in the home. Would enjoy social friends on walks. Cannot live with cats, small animals or birds as chases. Additional needs (behavioural/extra support): Possibly guard food if other dogs around. Barney is a fun dog and needs a home that will want him to be very much part of the family.
