Beni is a neutered mixed-breed male dog born in August 2016, who was given to our Hungarian animal welfare partners by another organization. He is a particularly lovable and peaceful older gentleman who is friendly to all people. At first meeting, he may behave shyly. After a short adjustment period, however, he presents himself as extremely affectionate and grateful for every kind word. He is interested in observing what is happening around him, enjoys being petted, and is wonderful as a family dog, although children should be at least teenagers. Beni would also make a loyal companion for older people. In general, he gets along with all his species, but some males may decide on sympathy. Therefore, we recommend him as a second dog to a female dog. It is not known how he reacts to cats. He wants loving people who have enough free time to spend with him, preferably living in the suburbs or rural areas and already have some experience in dog keeping. The male has a shoulder height of 38 cm and weighs 9 kg.

Beni ist ein im August 2016 geborener, kastrierter Mischlingsrüde, der unseren ungarischen Tierschutzpartnern von einer anderen Organisation übergeben wurde. Er ist ein besonders liebenswerter und friedlicher älterer Herr, der zu allen Menschen freundlich ist. Beim ersten Kennenlernen kann es sein, dass er sich schüchtern verhält. Nach kurzer Eingewöhnung präsentiert er sich jedoch als überaus anhänglich und dankbar für jedes gute Wort. Interessiert beobachtet er, was um ihn herum geschieht, lässt sich gern streicheln und eignet sich wunderbar als Familienhund, wobei sich Kinder bereits im Teenageralter befinden sollten. Auch wäre Beni bestimmt ein treuer Gefährte für ältere Menschen. Im Allgemeinen versteht er sich mit allen Artgenossen, bei manchen Rüden entscheidet dennoch die Sympathie. Als Zweithund empfehlen wir ihn daher zu einer Hundedame. Wie er auf Katzen reagiert, ist nicht bekannt. Er wünscht sich liebevolle Menschen, die über ausreichend Freizeit verfügen, um sich mit ihm zu beschäftigen, bevorzugt am Stadtrand oder ländlich wohnen und schon etwas Erfahrung in der Hundehaltung haben. Der Rüde hat eine Schulterhöhe von 38 cm und wiegt 9 kg.
