Female dog, born around 08/2020, about 40-45 cm, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested for Babesiosis, Borreliosis, Ehrlichiosis, Anaplasmosis, Dirofilaria and Leishmaniasis prior to departure. Looking for a calm home. Dog mother Bettie was found on the streets of Romania with her 5 children and came to the municipal animal shelter, where one of our animal rescuers has been trying to improve the living conditions for the dogs and has saved them from being euthanized through adoption. Bettie's children have already found their own homes, but Mama Bettie is still waiting for her chance. To protect her from an upcoming wave of euthanasia in the shelter, in which she would be affected first as a long-term inmate, she has now been relocated to a private foster home in Romania. Of course, she only lives in the yard there, but she has human contact and interaction, which Bettie likes. When the people she trusts come, she is very happy and enjoys being encouraged to small joy sprints. As you can see, Bettie is well-fed and could probably use a little more exercise. She has also learned to walk on a leash, but this needs further practice. In interactions with other dogs, Bettie is friendly and calm. She has not yet met cats, but can be tested if necessary. Since Bettie has spent a long time in the shelter and therefore has not learned much, we are looking for a rather quiet, empathetic home without hustle and bustle and small children, where she can catch up on the basics of dog behavior at her own pace. Hündin, geb. ca. 08/2020, ca. 40-45 cm, kastriert, geimpft, gechipt, vor Ausreise Test auf Babesiose, Borreliose, Ehrlichiose, Anaplasmose, Dirofilarien und Leishmaniose Über Bettie sucht entspanntes ZuhauseHundemama Bettie wurde mit ihren 5 Kindern auf Rumäniens Straßen gefunden und kam ins städtische Tierheim, in dem eine unserer Tierretterinnen sich um ein wenig erträglichere Lebensbedingungen für die Hunde bemüht und sie durch Vermittlungen vor deren Tötung bewahrt. Betties Kinder haben schon lange jeweils ihr Zuhause gefunden, nur Mama Bettie wartet immer noch auf ihre Chance. Um sie vor einer bevorstehenden Tötungswelle im Tierheim zu bewahren, in der sie als Langzeitinsassin als Erste betroffen wäre, wurde sie nun in eine private rumänische Pflegestelle umgesiedelt. Natürlich lebt sie auch dort nur im Hof, hat aber menschliche Ansprache und Kontakt, was Bettie gut gefällt. Kommen die ihr vertrauten Menschen, freut sie sich immer sehr und lässt sich gern zu kleinen Freuden-Sprints animieren. Wie man sieht, steht Bettie gut im Futter und ein wenig mehr Bewegung täte ihr sicher gut. Sie hat auch schon gelernt, an der Leine zu laufen, was aber weiter geübt werden muss. Im Umgang mit anderen Hunden zeigt Bettie sich freundlich und gelassen. Katzen hat sie bisher noch nicht kennengelernt, kann aber bei Bedarf getestet werden. Da Bettie schon lange Zeit im Tierheim verbracht und somit nicht viel kennengelernt hat, suchen wir ein eher ruhiges, einfühlsames Zuhause ohne Trubel und kleine Kinder, in dem sie in ihrem Tempo das kleine Hunde-Einmaleins nachholen kann. Nur mit Haus und Garten im ländlichen Bereich. Gern auch eine solche Pflegestelle. Bettie befindet sich noch in Rumänien. Unkostenbeitrag bei
