Bianca, jetzt Pebbels (vermittelt)

Mixed Breed · Female · Young · 3 years

Name: Bianca Born: April 2023 Gender: female dog Breed: mixed breed Size: small Foster home: Bianca found a foster home in the Mainz area and can be visited there. At the provided age data, it often refers to estimated values, as we do not always know the exact age. Other information like size is subjective. The small female dog Beata wandered through the streets of Kamari on the island of Santorini/Greece for days, surely she was abandoned, because photos and calls on social media brought nothing. Finally, a community employee picked her up and brought her to the local animal shelter. Soon it was clear that the friendly little female dog was obviously pregnant. She gave birth to four puppies in early April '23, one of which unfortunately died in the first hour. The other three puppies developed well, are vaccinated and microchipped, and have already traveled to Germany and are in a foster home. Bianca is the more adventurous puppy in the small family, she explores her surroundings curiously, a typical puppy who likes to play with the others, plays, snuggles, and still needs a lot of care. She lives with two adult female dogs at her foster home and does a total super job. She is initially reserved with strangers but warms up to them quickly and also enjoys children. Dog-experienced cats should also not be a problem. Maybe they are just looking for such a friendly little one, have the necessary time and patience, as well as the financial means to adopt a puppy. Then contact us, Bianca could soon explore the world with them and of course snuggle. If interested in this great dog, please fill out the Referral Form or call us at the phone number provided. Frequently asked

Adopting Bianca, jetzt Pebbels (vermittelt), answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Bianca, jetzt Pebbels (vermittelt)?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tierschutzverein Second Chance Dogs e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Bianca, jetzt Pebbels (vermittelt) on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Bianca, jetzt Pebbels (vermittelt) if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Tierschutzverein Second Chance Dogs e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Bianca, jetzt Pebbels (vermittelt) already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Bianca, jetzt Pebbels (vermittelt) isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tierschutzverein Second Chance Dogs e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Bianca, jetzt Pebbels (vermittelt) and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
