Protectora Malaga Animals and Plants Input 31 October 2025: Blanca was rescued from the state shelter and we don't know the reasons why she was left behind. We know nothing about her past, but from the heartbreaking condition in which she was found, we can imagine that it wasn't easy. When Blanca arrived at our animal shelter, her small body was very thin and her eyes looked lost, as if life had taken away her trust. No one knows how much she suffered, but her eyes said everything: fear and loneliness. Although she still needs to gain some weight, Blanca is improving every day. Blanca is a very well-behaved girl who, with patience and love, is gradually learning to trust people. She is now relaxed and has changed into another dog - she looks happier, is less fearful, and now seeks out volunteers for affection and cuddles. She has discovered that all of this is something good. Her heart longs to learn what a home means: warmth, love, and the certainty that she will never be alone again or lack food or water. Blanca has a slightly dominant side with other dogs. She gets along well with them, but in some situations she shows that dominant character. She is not suitable to live with cats. She walks well on a leash, listens well, and now that she has more confidence, she enjoys her time in the garden, cuddles, and playtime. At first, she didn't play, but now she is discovering it - and she seems to love it. Blanca tested positive for leishmania and is now receiving treatment for it. Blanca just wants to live peacefully, surrounded by love, and someone who shows that the world can also be a beautiful place.

Toen Blanca in ons asiel aankwam, was haar kleine lichaam erg mager en zagen haar ogen er verloren uit, alsof het leven haar vertrouwen had weggenomen. Niemand weet hoeveel ze heeft geleden, maar haar ogen zeiden alles: angst en eenzaamheid. Hoewel ze nog steeds wat gewicht moet aankomen, verbetert Blanca met de dag. Blanca is een heel braaf meisje dat, met geduld en liefde, geleidelijk aan leert mensen te vertrouwen.
