Gezocht: Positieve baas voor de charmante Mufasa Als je mij voor het eerst ziet, ben je waarschijnlijk meteen verkocht. Ik ben namelijk superknap en een echte charmeur met mijn atletische bouw en die sprekende, grote Podenco-oren. Een hond in de bloei van zijn leven, zou je denken. Maar als je dieper in mijn ogen kijkt, zie je ook de schaduwen uit mijn verleden. Mensen zijn helaas niet altijd even lief voor mij geweest. Mijn vertrouwen in mensen is daardoor flink beschadigd en dat kan ik niet altijd achter me laten. Mijn gebruiksaanwijzing: Ruimte en duidelijke grenzen Omdat mijn verleden pijnlijk was, vind ik mensen soms doodeng. Ik heb tijd nodig om aan nieuwe mensen te wennen. Als je te snel gaat, mijn grenzen negeert of zomaar op mij afstapt, raak ik in paniek. En omdat ik niet kan praten, laat ik dat op mijn eigen manier merken: ik begin te grommen. Als er dan nóg niet naar mij geluisterd wordt, durf ik helaas ook echt te bijten. Niet omdat ik gemeen ben, maar puur uit onmacht en zelfbescherming.
