Brandy – 3 year old Female

Rottweiler · Female

Hi, I’m Brandy! 🐾❤️ I’m a 3-year-old Rottweiler x Mastiff girl looking for a loving family to call my own. If you’re looking for a dog with a big personality and an even bigger heart, then look no further! I’m a super excitable girl, especially when meeting new people or experiencing something new, and sometimes I don’t quite realise just how big and strong I am! Because of this, I’m looking for a home with no children and a family who has previous experience with large breeds. I’d love a family who will continue with my training and give me plenty of mental & physical stimulation. I thrive when I have things to do, adventures to enjoy and positive training sessions to get my brain working. The humans here tell me I’ve been doing really well with my training! I’m a clever girl and I’m keen to learn, especially when tasty treats are involved. 🥜🧀 Peanut butter and squeezy cheese are my absolute favourites! 😋 I’ve previously lived with another dog, so I may be able to live with another dog pending successful introductions. However, cats aren’t for me – so I’ll need a cat-free home. What I really want is a confident, experienced family who understands that I’m a big, excitable girl who doesn’t always know her own strength. Someone who will give me love, structure, continued training, enrichment and plenty of fun adventures. In return, I’ll bring you laughter, loyalty and a whole lot of love❤️ Could you be the forever family I’ve been waiting for? I can’t wait to meet you! 🐾 My adoption fee is £350. Love, Brandy ❤️🐶

About Brandy – 3 year old Female

What life with Brandy – 3 year old Female looks like

Brandy – 3 year old Female is a large adult rottweiler dog waiting at Rain Rescue in United Kingdom.

An adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. A larger dog like this one needs daily off-leash time when possible — a fenced yard or regular access to safe walking trails. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

🇬🇧Adopting from United Kingdom

UK shelters work under the Pet Travel Scheme (post-Brexit, the EU pet passport is not valid; a UK Animal Health Certificate is required for travel into the EU). Most UK rescues focus on domestic placements but some work with EU partners.

Frequently asked

Adopting Brandy – 3 year old Female, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Brandy – 3 year old Female?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Rain Rescue handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Brandy – 3 year old Female on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Brandy – 3 year old Female if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Rain Rescue will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. UK adopters: post-Brexit travel into the EU requires an Animal Health Certificate. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Brandy – 3 year old Female already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Brandy – 3 year old Female isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Rain Rescue early rather than rehoming privately; they know Brandy – 3 year old Female and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
