Brioche
Mixed Breed · Female · Puppy · 4 months
Brioche, a Brioche puppy, has been in the shelter since October 2026. She is estimated to be born in July 2026 and will likely grow to be 40-59 cm tall and weigh 20-35 kg. She was rescued from a Romanian euthanasia station in October 2026. She was alone without her mother and very weak. Only a few months old, she had already experienced a difficult time. She is now safe in our partner shelter and receiving the medical care she desperately needs. Brioche has pneumonia and is currently being treated. She still needs time to recover. Our helpers can only observe her character development and how she reacts to people and other dogs when she is healthier. We wish for Brioche a loving home where she can grow up protected and experience everything that makes up a happy dog life. Our puppy gang is showing typical puppy behavior, playful and curious. Some are a bit shy, others more confident. Their character will continue to develop in the coming weeks and months - only the beginnings can be seen at this point. If you want more information about this furball, please contact our placement team. Brioche is currently being treated with medication for pneumonia. During her growth phase, she also receives supplements to support her bones and joints. Our placement team knows the exact health status best. If you have any questions, please send us a message. We are looking for patient people who are aware of how much time, attention, and responsibility a young dog brings. She needs loving guidance as she grows up, a gentle introduction to everyday life, and the opportunity to arrive at her own pace. Brioche had to spend her first months of life without the security of her own family. Now she should experience what it's like to be loved and cared for. We wish for this furball people who are aware that rescue dogs bring a certain history. We can never predict how a dog will react to life in Germany at the shelter. That's why we are looking for people who have patience, perseverance, and goodwill. But one thing is certain: whoever adopts instead of buys not only gives a second chance to an animal, but actively decides against animal suffering - and for a life with a very special companion by their side. Already in love? Send us a self-disclosure! Adoption If you are thinking about adoption, first read through the placement process. All dogs are vaccinated, chipped, dewormed, flea-treated, and neutered before departure (except for puppies up to 6 months and very old dogs). Dogs older than 1 year are also tested for Mediterranean diseases. If you have any questions, please send our placement team a message.
