Brisa lived behind the Santo Amaro school among the cars. Her entire fur was totally matted. She has a great fear of drug addicts because they have mistreated her cruelly time and again. Brisa only emerged from her hiding place once a day to eat, if she felt protected by our Ana. Even eating pâté was a great struggle for her, as she suffers from chronic gum disease and needs a very long time to eat anything at all. That’s why she is severely underweight, almost skeletal. After a check-up at the animal clinic AuQmia, her teeth had to be removed. But she is coping well with this now, and she is otherwise in good health. Her green eyes show much suffering and sadness. It’s difficult for her not to be afraid of people. She has endured too much. We are therefore looking for understanding people who can give her time to build trust and keep her only as a house cat. Anyone who wants to support Brisa or one of our other shelter animals is very welcome. We are grateful for any help! Or via PayPal:. This cat is to be kept indoors only.

Brisa lebte unter den Autos hinter der Schule von Santo Amaro. Ihr gesamtes Fell total verklebt. Sie hat große Angst vor Drogenabhängigen, weil diese sie immer wieder grausam misshandelt haben. Brisa kam nur einmal am Tag aus ihrem Versteck um zu Essen, wenn sie das Gefühl hatte, von unserer Ana beschützt zu werden. Auch Paté konnte sie nur mit großen Schwierigkeiten essen, denn sie hat eine chronische Zahnfleischkrankheit und braucht sehr lange, um überhaupt etwas zu sich zu nehmen. Deshalb ist sie auch bis auf das Skelett abgemagert. Nach einer Untersuchung in der Tierklinik AuQmia mussten ihre Zähne entfernt werden. Doch damit kommt sie mittlerweile gut klar und gesundheitlich ist sie ansonsten fit. Ihre grünen Augen zeigen viel Leid und Traurigkeit. Es ist schwierig für sie, keine Angst vor Menschen zu haben. Zu viel musste sie ertragen. Wir suchen daher verständnisvolle Menschen, die ihr Zeit geben Vertrauen zu fassen und sie nur als Wohnungskatze halten.
