Brka

Mixed Breed · Male · Kitten · 2 months

Potty trained Brka is a little kitten we rescued after he was abandoned by a busy road. He was running along the roadside and occasionally darting out into traffic. We took him in to keep him safe and prevent him from getting hurt. Although he is still very young, he has already shown just how brave and fearless he is. He isn’t afraid of dogs or other cats; instead, he happily chases after them as if the whole world belongs to him. Brka has a big heart and an adventurous spirit, and his curiosity knows no bounds. Now, he deserves a safe home, lots of love, and someone who will show him that life can be beautiful, happy, and carefree. “I love listening to cat music on YouTube! ”

About Brka

What life with Brka looks like

Brka is a large kitten mixed breed cat waiting at PetMondo Serbia in Petmondo.

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇷🇸Adopting from Serbia

The shelter typically completes the animal's vaccinations, microchipping, and pet passport before adoption. Specific fees and process details vary by shelter and country — confirm directly via the contact details in the sidebar.

Frequently asked

Adopting Brka, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Brka?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. PetMondo Serbia handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Brka on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Brka if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — PetMondo Serbia will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is Brka already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Brka isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with PetMondo Serbia early rather than rehoming privately; they know Brka and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
