Brom is a beautiful tomcat who still finds the big world very exciting. As a result, he’s quite shy at the moment and prefers to keep his distance. However, behind his cautious demeanor lies a little tomcat who, with patience and understanding, gradually dares to gain more trust. A tasty reward works wonders. With a delicious liquid snack or another favorite treat, Brom slowly lets himself be tempted to come closer. Confidently, he licks the treat off your fingers—and soon there’s even room for a playful moment. These are wonderful steps that show just how much potential he has. Brom is looking for a quiet and loving home where no expectations are imposed, but where he’s given all the time he needs to develop himself. With patience, calmness, and positive experiences, he’ll gradually dare to step out of his shell and show what a sweet boy he really is. Zindelijk: ja Herkomst: zwerver Docanummer: 2106 Brom kwam als schuw katertje bij het gastgezin, maar in de afgelopen weken is hij letterlijk en figuurlijk gegroeid. Nieuwe mensen vindt hij nog spannend; dan duikt hij onder de kast. Maar, hoort hij iemand uit het gastgezin, dan komt hij nieuwsgierig kijken. Soms laat hij zich over zijn rug aaien en dan horen we hem steeds vaker spinnen. Heeft hij daar geen zin in, dan duwt hij zachtjes met zijn pootje je hand weg. Brom is niet heel erg op mensen gericht, maar vindt het wel gezellig om bij je in de buurt te zitten. Een beetje natvoer of een liquid werkt uitstekend om zijn aandacht te trekken – binnen vijf seconden staat hij bij je en probeert hij het lekkers uit je hand te trekken. Brom zit samen met stoere kater Billy in het gastgezin en dat heeft hem veel vertrouwen gegeven. Hij heeft echt een maatje nodig om zich aan op te trekken. Als Billy bij iemand op schoot ligt, schuift Brom er regelmatig bij aan. Spelen doet hij graag: met de ballenbaan, met hengels en met Billy. Inmiddels laat hij zich daarbij niet meer de kaas van het brood eten. Daarnaast kijkt hij graag naar buiten, vooral wanneer de oudere kat van het gastgezin door de tuin wandelt. Zolang je Brom zelf laat bepalen wanneer hij contact wil, is hij een relaxed en lief katertje. En, zoals je op de foto’s ziet, is hij ook nog eens ontzettend knap. Deze kitten verblijft op dit moment in een gastgezin. Wil je kennismaken met Brom? Tijdens een kennismaking ontmoet u de kitten, maar ook het gastgezin. Samen wordt bekeken of er een goede match is tussen u, uw thuissituatie en de kitten. Wanneer de kennismaking positief verloopt, wordt de verdere administratieve afhandeling geregeld bij de Dierenopvang (op afspraak). Met het gastgezin maakt u dan een afspraak om de kitten op te halen. Op deze manier zorgen we ervoor dat elke kat op de juiste plek terechtkomt voor een liefdevolle en blijvende toekomst!
