Died on 3.9.2024 – In December 2021, we took Buddy from the Verein NotDogge e.V. onto a permanent foster placement at our shelter, as the association is dissolving. The 8-year-old still very agile male dog is fully funded by the foundation, but he received a 'bridal gift' from the association. Buddy has adapted very well to his foster home. All family members are happy, including Buddy. Shortly after his 9th birthday in late October 2022, Buddy had a stomach torsion. Fortunately, his foster home and the vet responded correctly. After now 2 weeks, we can say: He has pulled through and he is doing well. We are very relieved.

Verstorben am 3.9.2024 – Im Dezember 2021 haben wir Buddy vom Verein NotDogge e.V. auf einen Dauerpflegeplatz bei uns übernommen, da sich der Verein auflöst. Der 8-jährige noch sehr agile Rüde wird von der Stiftung vollumfänglich finanziert, hat aber von dem Verein eine ‚Mitgift‘ erhalten. Buddy hat sich sehr gut auf seiner Pflegestelle eingelebt. Alle Familienmitglieder sind glücklich, Buddy auch. Kurz nach seinem 9. Geburtstag Ende Oktober 2022 hatte Buddy eine Magendrehung. Glücklicherweise hat seine Pflegestelle und auch der Tierarzt richtig reagiert. Nach jetzt 2 Wochen können wir sagen: Er hat es überstanden und es geht ihm gut. Wir sind sehr erleichtert.
