Blinde Seniorin Carry kam in einem verwahrlosten Zustand zu uns. Anfangs hat sie abwehrend auf Berührungen reagiert, schließlich kann sie auch nicht sehen was auf zu zukommt. Sie hat allerdings rasch gemerkt, dass sie in Sicherheit ist und liebevoll behandelt wird. Nach kurzer Zeit begann sie den Stimmen der Pflegerinnen zu folgen und Nähe zu suchen. Sanftes Ansprechen und Streicheln genießt Carry sehr und plaudert auch gerne fröhlich zurück. Andere Katzen regen die ältere Dame auf, also braucht sie einen Platz an dem sie ungestört sein kann. Für die ruhige Samptpfote wird ein Wohnungsplatz gesucht an dem sie ihren Lebensabend gemütlich verbringen darf.
