He was also abandoned with his four siblings (Mowgli, Rambo (already in a foster home), Nanouk (already rehomed), and Clare) at the animal shelter in Nasaud—far too young to make it on his own. But Charlie has retained his cheerfulness. He is open, curious, and shows no fear of people. He gladly and joyfully accepts cuddles, attention, and playtime. Charlie is puppy-like in his activity, needing clear structures and people who can lovingly explain dog life to him. With patience, consistency, and a lot of heart, he will develop into a loyal and reliable companion—whether for a family, couples, or individuals. Whoever gives Charlie a home will receive a cheerful roommate on four legs who is always up for fun.
