Chernishka kon zichzelf niet beschermen op straat, ze snapte de regels van het leven op straat niet en ze werd aangereden door een auto. Haar voor en achterpoot braken. Een paar tenen waren verbrijzeld en zijn geamputeerd. Ze waren niet meer te redden. Het was een zware strijd voor haar om het te overleven. Ze was er slecht aan toe. Er werd een spalk om haar gebroken poot aangebracht. Omdat ze nog jong is, herstelde ze heel snel. Chernishka loopt nu goed op haar poten soms gebruikt ze even drie poten in plaats van vier. Ze kan het heel goed vinden met honden en kinderen. Inmiddels is Chernishka aangekomen in Nederland. Het is een lieve, mollige pup. Ze heeft een mooi stabiel karakter. Chernishka lijkt een kruising Een tussen een Corgi en een Flatcoated Retriever (vaak "Corgi-Flat" genoemd). Wij zijn ook met haar naar de dierenarts geweest in Nederland.
