Chewie is a female cat who loves Dreamis and anything else good to eat. Now, when she lives in a safe foster home, she meets people at the door and is very curious and sociable, even though she still doesn't allow petting or cuddles. She likes to peek through the window and watch birds and other things, and she is still scared of quick movements but comes back quickly. Chewie loves to play with everything and can even open doors. Chewie loves to lie down and relax on the windowsill or in the cat tree and often changes her sleeping spot. The previous foster home says: The transformation from the time she came to us has been enormous! Now Chewie is lively and curious. She comes right away when we take out toys and can play with us for long periods. She also enjoys playing by herself with her little ball, chasing it, rolling around and wrestling with the other cats. It's so fun to see her social skills emerging and how she shows that she wants to play together with us and our children. She sits by the door and waits if she is in the mood to play and wants us to join. If the ball has rolled under a piece of furniture, she shows that she wants help to get it out. Chewie is the one who wants some mental exercise and challenges. We sometimes end play sessions with a treasure hunt, where we place small pieces of cat treats around the room for the cats to find. It's very appreciated!

Chewie är en katttjej som älskar Dreamisar och allt annat gott att äta. Numera, när hon bor i ett tryggt jourhem, möter hon människor vid dörren och är väldigt nyfiken och sällskapssjuk, även om hon ännu inte tillåter klappar och kel. Hon gillar att spana i fönster och titta på fåglar och andra saker, och hon är fortfarande rädd för snabba rörelser men kommer snabbt fram igen. Hon kommer fram på en gång när vi tar fram leksaker och kan leka med oss långa stunder. Hon leker gärna på egen hand också med sin lilla boll, jagar den, rullar runt och brottas med de andra katterna. Det är så roligt att se att hennes sociala förmågor kommer fram och att hon visar att hon vill leka tillsammans med oss och våra barn. Hon sätter sig vid dörren och väntar om hon är leksugen och vill att vi ska vara med och leka. Har bollen rullat under en möbel visar hon att hon vill ha hjälp att plocka fram den. Chewie är den som vill ha lite hjärngymnastik och utmaningar. Vi brukar ibland avsluta lekstunderna med en skattjakt, som går ut på att vi lagt ut små bitar av kattgodis runtom i rummet, som katterna får leta efter. Det är mycket uppskattat!
