Hola, I am Chispa! I was born on January 1, 2022 - so my birthday is really easy to remember. With my 40 cm shoulder height and 8 kg, I am a handy little girl, but I have a lot of love to give. In July 2026, I was discovered in a place near Úbeda in southern Spain. There I was alone for several days and asked politely for two things: something to eat and a lot of love. Admittedly, I was probably not very reserved when it came to love. Fortunately, a nice woman came to help. My rescue was uncomplicated, because I let myself be taken up the arm. Why run away, when someone finally comes who carries you? In the animal shelter, I needed a few days to digest my fright. In the meantime, I am myself again: an incredibly loving, affectionate and grateful female dog. I constantly seek the proximity of humans and find that caresses are generally much too short. There is clearly a need to catch up! I also get along well with the other dogs in the run. My future home, I may share with a nice fellow. Unfortunately, nothing is known about my past. However, since I am very familiar with people, my caregivers suspect that I used to live in a home. My dream home is quiet and rural, please not necessarily in the middle of the city. A securely fenced garden would be wonderful, so I can relax, enjoy the sun and carry out my important garden inspections. My new people should bring a lot of time, patience and understanding. Even if I am very affectionate, I need peace and security after all the changes to arrive and build trust. Whoever grants me my own pace, gets a loyal companion with a lot of Spanish charm in return. Larger, understanding children may like to belong to my family. The important thing is that they respect my boundaries and leave me retreat options. What is missing to me now? People who never leave me again. I bring 8 kg of love and gratitude with me - and of course I take on the important task of reminding you daily that you can never give too many cuddles. Inzwischen bin ich wieder ganz ich selbst: eine unglaublich liebe, anhängliche und dankbare Hündin. Ich suche ständig die Nähe der Menschen und finde, dass Streicheleinheiten grundsätzlich viel zu knapp bemessen werden. Da besteht eindeutig Nachholbedarf!Auch mit den anderen Hunden im Auslauf verstehe ich mich prima. Mein zukünftiges Zuhause darf ich deshalb gern mit einem netten Artgenossen teilen. Über meine Vergangenheit ist leider nichts bekannt. Da ich jedoch sehr vertraut mit Menschen bin, vermuten meine Betreuer, dass ich früher einmal in einem Zuhause gelebt habe.Mein Traumzuhause liegt ruhig und ländlich, bitte nicht unbedingt mitten in der Stadt. Ein sicher eingezäunter Garten wäre wunderbar, damit ich entspannt schnüffeln, die Sonne genießen und meine wichtigen Gartenkontrollen durchführen kann.Meine neuen Menschen sollten viel Zeit, Geduld und Verständnis mitbringen. Auch wenn ich sehr verschmust bin, brauche ich nach all den Veränderungen Ruhe und Sicherheit, um anzukommen und Vertrauen aufzubauen.
