Cindy is a 20-month-old British Shorthair female cat who has been at the shelter since June 6th, 2026. She was given up along with another BKH and her six kittens, just three days old, because their owner passed away and her son couldn't care for them. All animals must receive veterinary care, including Cindy who wasn't spayed or neutered and arrived at the shelter with eye and gum inflammation. The adult cat was also not spayed as she is currently pregnant. All cats need to be examined by a vet, dewormed, de-fleaed, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. This naturally incurs significant costs. It's especially sad that there wasn't even one cent in donations when eight cats were taken in... Cindy is the only one so far who is ready to move out. In the adoption room, she clearly shows she doesn't want close contact with other cats, so we assume she will be happiest as a single princess in her new home. Name: Cindy Rasse: BKH Geschlecht: weiblich Alter: 2025 Im Tierheim seit: 06.06.2026 Cindy ist zusammen mit einer weiteren BKH-Katze samt ihren sechs gerade mal 3 Tage alten Kitten abgegeben worden, weil die Besitzerin verstarb und der Sohn sich außerstande sah, sich um die Katzen zu kümmern. Alle Tiere müssen natürlich tierärztlich versorgt werden, auch Cindy war nicht kastriert und gechippt und kam mit einer Augen- und Zahnfleischentzündung bei uns an. Auch die zweite erwachsene Katzen war logischerweise nicht kastriert, da sie gerade Nachwuchs hat. Alle Katzen müssen tierärztlich untersucht entwurmt, entfloht und geimpft werden und kastriert und gechippt werden. Dies verursacht natürlich ziemliche Kosten. Umso trauriger, dass es nicht einen Cent an Spende bei der Aufnahme von acht Katzen gab.... Cindy ist bisher die Einzigste, die zum Auszug bereit ist.
