Claudia was surrendered to the shelter by her former owner who never cared for her as she deserved. She arrived extremely thin, unvaccinated and unspayed. She was also very afraid of people. After several weeks at the shelter, she began to gain some confidence in the people she knows. If before she would run away, now she approaches, observes and shows curiosity. However, she still prefers not to be touched. When we try to pet her, she moves away and if she feels cornered, she may react. We believe Claudia is capable of learning to trust people, but it will be a long process. She brings with her many years of negative experiences and needs a very patient family that respects her pace and gives her the time she needs to flourish. She will be surrendered vaccinated, dewormed, spayed and microchipped.

A Cláudia foi entregue no abrigo pelo antigo dono, que nunca cuidou dela como merecia. Chegou extremamente magra, sem estar vacinada nem esterilizada. Tinha também muito medo das pessoas. Após várias semanas no abrigo, começou a ganhar alguma confiança nas pessoas que conhece. Se antes fugia, agora aproxima-se, observa e mostra curiosidade. No entanto, continua a preferir não ser tocada. Quando tentamos fazer-lhe festas, afasta-se e, se se sentir encurralada, pode reagir. Acreditamos que a Cláudia é capaz de aprender a confiar nas pessoas, mas será um processo longo. Traz consigo muitos anos de experiências negativas e precisa de uma família muito paciente, que respeite o seu ritmo e lhe dê o tempo de que necessita para florescer. Será entregue vacinada, desparasitada, esterilizada e com microchip.
