Cloe Mali

Mixed Breed · Female · Young · 1 year

Cloe is a stunningly beautiful young Malinois girl, full of energy and potential. She stuns you with her looks and also with her fantastic character. Cloe was rescued from a place where she had been neglected and left alone, even though she came to us physically in a good state. We were hoping that she could potentially become a working dog for the authorities, but at the time of her arrival she was in heat, and then there were no more openings, so now Cloe is looking for an active home, with space, experience of the breed or working dogs in general, and definitely she is looking for a human interested in dog training, dog sports and providing their dog with a job. Cloe is very sweet and social with people, she loves to interact and rubs herself like a cat on your body. She would love to find a human who enjoys physical contact with their dog, she she can finally have her own human to rub against. Like quite a lot of Malinois are, she has a reactive nature with other dogs, but our team is working on that and it’s already getting better, and can now socialise in a controlled enviroment with our educator dogs. Dogs like Cloe need more than just simple walks and a big garden in their lives, they are working breeds and need this type of daily stimulation, both mentally and physically. She does not live with other dogs in the kennel as of now, so we think a home without other dogs would be the safest option. And, most importantly, with patience and ready to have fun with her! Of course, due to the fact that she is locked up in a small kennel, as a young, healthy, active Malinois, is building up all the unused energy and potential, and once she finally comes out of her kennel, she needs somewhere to put all that energy. So it can take a bit of time until she can concentrate after many days in the kennel, but actually she has a fantastic recall, and ability to concentrate and work with you, she loves it. Her shoulder height is approximately 64cm.

About Cloe Mali

What life with Cloe Mali looks like

Cloe Mali is a medium-sized young adult mixed breed dog waiting at Triple A Marbella in Marbella.

An young adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. Two reasonable walks a day plus play time is usually enough. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

🇪🇸Adopting from Spain

Spanish protectoras generally include sterilization, all vaccinations, microchip ID, and EU pet passport in the adoption fee (typically €250–€400 for a dog, €100–€180 for a cat). Many maintain partnerships with rescue transport providers across the EU.

Frequently asked

Adopting Cloe Mali, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Cloe Mali?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Triple A Marbella handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Cloe Mali on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Cloe Mali if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Triple A Marbella will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Cloe Mali already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Cloe Mali isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Triple A Marbella early rather than rehoming privately; they know Cloe Mali and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
